Yes, but in some cases it can hinder your options. We prefer to be onsite after the electricians have finished and before drywall goes up. With this scenario you have a host of options available and we can map out an awesome audio/video entertainment system for your home.

How long does it take for you to design a website?

It all depends on what type of site and the functionality we are providing. Business card sites can take as little as 10 days where full e-Commerce solutions (sites that sell products) can take as long as 45 days.

Do you offer flat rate service for certain situations?

Yes, we do. We will also advise you of all of your options and scenarios prior to actually performing any work on your computer. We want you to be able to make an informed decision and you can't do that unless you know all of the options.

can you repair my computer remotely through the internet?

Yes, we actually can granted you have a working broadband internet connection. You must also be able to download the software we will remotely send to you via our website. If you are having problems with your internet connection or web browser it will probably not work.

How long is your repair turn around

A.

To be honest, it depends on the problem. Some problems we can fix onsite, some we would need to pick up for advanced troubleshooting. One thing is for sure it will be days quicker than the bog box store. Often even when we come pick your PC up we have it ready the following business day.
